Overview
Certainly the whole life of God's people cannot be crammed into a single weekly gathering, but that's what the prevailing "event based" paradigm of the church has promised. We know this isn't quite right, but we struggle to disentangel from it, because that paradigm needs to be replaced by a viable alternative. A practice-based communal rule of life can be a transformative tool to guide a community into the rhythms of community, mission, formation and a better way to be "us".
